Hola, soy Ale, fundadora de Ale's Closet. Este sueño nació hace varios años, pero por diferentes razones tuve que ponerlo en pausa. Nunca perdí la fe de que Ale's Closet volvería algún día.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is a flat $8. It's free on orders of $75 or more, applied automatically at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We pack orders within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are.

Can I exchange something that doesn't fit?

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery you can exchange a size or take store credit. Pieces need to be unworn and unwashed, with their tags on. An exchange depends on the new size being in stock.

How do I pick my size?

Most pieces come in S, M and L, and a few also in XS or XL. Sizes that have sold out are crossed out on each piece. If you're between sizes, write to us with the piece you like and we'll help.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. For now we ship within the United States only.

How often do new pieces arrive?

Every week. Popular sizes go fast, so if you love something in your size, it's best not to wait.
